Blog #5-UNASUR change his leader

In this essay, i choose the current epoch because i think that is more important what is happening now. Is an important news because it talks about an international agreement between Colombia and Venezuela.

The past monday in Bogota, Colombia transfers The Secretary General of the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR), to Venezuela. Where in addition it was decided, the creation of an Electoral Council and other of security, justice and the fight against organized crime. The UNASUR is a political organism that is conformed by Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Perú, Surinam, Uruguay y Venezuela. This organism it was first created in 2008,when Ecuador and Venezuela break diplomatic relations with Colombia. These problems are now solved and they have contact again.

The Former Foreign Minister Maria Emma Mejia from Colombia, transferred the position she held since 2011,to the Former Foreign Minister, Alí Rodríguez from Venezuela. Maria Emma Mejia expained that the institution is going to adopt new rules. Which include 98 articles and a $19 million dollar Budget. Maria Emma Mejia says that the UNASUR is the most modern organism of the 21th century.

At the end of the ceremony all will meet in the house of Nariño, with the presence of the presidents of Colombia and Paraguay. Paraguay is governed by Francisco Lago, also the president of the UNASUR.

To conclude, i think that is very good idea to share power between two countries, because like this they create a bond of trust. This is very important for future politic relations with other countries besides Venezuela.
