Brazil is part of South America,as French Guiana and Venezuela, but I am going to talk about Brazil because is the most known for people, and this causes that they make predjuices about it's citizens, culture, etc.
In general what people almost always thinks when they hear "Brazil" is that they are just carnival fans that they can't live with out them, also that all their wonens are models and they just can be that, other thing is that Brazilian people love parties,wild parties to be more specific, also brazilians are like soccer lovers, that is true becouse of good brazilians soccer players like Ronaldo, Pelé,etc. Also what most people think when they hear Brazil is the gigant Crist in Rio, so they think that are so religious which is true but not as much as people think; what really surprise me is that Brazil is known as bikini region becouse of it's beautiful beaches and also becouse most women at beaches use the famous "dental floss". Also people that live in Brazil is known becouse of their lazyness, they are always late, they are impulsive and been and meat eaters.
In conclusion this makes me feel like kind of sad and worried because this kind of things makes me realize that we are in a society full of prejudice and just trying to critique others when we must begin with us, also that perceptions are only things people think because other ones, not becouse they really know the situation of the others or they know sonething about them, they only repeat what others said and most of times their are only lies.
