Blog 3 : Internet Thailand

Link of the picture

Compare :

First we can see that both pictures represent a prison. This is due to the law on the Internet in Thailand is very strict. In the foreground of these pictures there are two bars of prisons that are showing us that when one commits a crime on the Internet in Thailand, we risk going to jail. Then there are the two pictures can color it helps to show the dark side of Thai laws against Internet. In addition to the two pictures there is nothing around, allowing highlighting what is behind bars.

Contrast :

On the first picture you can see the name of a famous landmark behind bars while on this new photo is a person who is imprisoned. This shows us that there are no convictions as "fictitious" but that there really are physical persons. Here it is an American sentenced to 30 months in prison. Also this photo is a real contrast to the first picture was a photomontage. Finally, the first picture could be seen as a humorous picture that it mocks the Thai law rigidity compared to the internet while the second photo shows the reality and is also much more serious and less funny than the first because it  is a real person who is imprisoned.
