Somalia government money 'goes missing'

First, power is the ability to affect and influence the behavior of somebody, it can be with or without resistance but at the end the one that is influencing gets what it wants.

This article talks about how 85 million pounds received by the Somalian government are missing, it means that the money hasn't been accounted for. It's a big example of corruption, but what is more incredible is that 50 politicians of Somalia have been traveling to different countries and trying to get more funds for the long-term reconstruction of the country. It is also said that the government of this country doesn't have a credible accounting system. The government said that the missing money was for military purposes and that they were not necessary to be written, that was the Somali excuse.

The power can be seen here because everybody notes how every member of the government in Somalia hides this, they're all influenced by two people, the president and the prime minister, they are always telling their people what to do as an obligation. It is not the first time they have done this, that is why Somalia is is the most corrupt country in the world, because its governors have the power to shut up everyone. It is incredible how just 2 people are able to influence every Somali, and how they can shut up millions of mouths so they can't be accused of  anything. The one that found out that these millions were missing was the World Bank. It was easy but the World bank never expects a country missing of paying taxes, or owing money. Somalia is considered as the most corrupt country in the world because there is always money involved on every movement in the system, rise of salaries, etc. And also the International Transparency Organization qualified it, and everything about corruption was very, very bad.
